Yes, all our meat is halal. We are not currently HMC certified, but we work with trusted halal suppliers.
What is your dress code?
We don’t have a strict dress code, but we recommend smart casual. Smart trainers are welcome.
What are your opening hours?
Mon-Fri 10AM-8PM | Sat 10AM-9PM | Sun 11AM-5:30PM
Do I have to make a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting.
Do you have car parking?
Parking at Moor Street on the top floor allows access via a footbridge directly into store (Sat Nav: B5 4BP).
Do you serve alcohol?
No, we are an alcohol-free restaurant.
Can we bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed except for guide dogs.
Do you cater for allergies?
Yes, please inform your server of any allergies. We will do our best.
Do you accept AMEX?
Yes, we accept American Express along with other major cards.
Do you have a prayer room?
Yes, Selfridges has a prayer room on the fourth floor, located between the customer service and toilets.
Are children allowed?
Yes, children are welcome and must be supervised at all times.
